Refund policy

At Sound Affects we want you to be completely happy with your order and offer a 14 Day Returns policy. If you are not 100% happy with your order you can return it to us within 14 Days for a full refund. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 Days of you receiving your item and notify us of your wish to return an order. We will then send you a reference by email. Please include the reference on a document with your order when you return it to us so that we may process your refund as quickly as possible.

What if my item arrives damaged?
We take every possible precaution to ensure your order gets to you in perfect condition however if your order arrives damaged please contact us as soon as possible and we will uplift the damaged goods from you and dispatch a replacement as soon as possible. We will cover any costs involved in replacing your order.
