Doug Wilkes is a UK builder who has built guitars for the likes of David Gilmour You can see his site here http://wilkesguitars.co.uk/ We reached out for into and this guitar was a one off build sometime after 1984 and has a Mahogany Body, Maple Neck & Schaller hardware.
The customer we are selling this guitar for confirmed that he added the scratch plate.
